Booking Rules at Groomers Dog Grooming Salon
Friendly Reminders: We send reminders 48 and 25 hours before your appointment. You can easily reschedule or cancel before the 24-hour deadline here: https://groomers.onlinebooq.net/customerzone.
- No-Show Policy: If you miss your appointment without notice, the full amount will be charged.
- Late Cancellation Fee: Canceling less than 24 hours before your appointment incurs a fee of 750 NOK.
- Post-Service SMS: You’ll receive a text message approximately 30 minutes before the service ends to give you time to prepare for pick-up.
- Late Arrival: If you’re more than 15 minutes late, a 200 NOK fee will apply to help maintain the day’s schedule.
Can I Stay with My Dog During the Treatment?
To ensure a safe and calm environment for all dogs at our grooming salon, we cannot allow owners to be present during treatments. Dogs tend to become more stressed when their owners are nearby, which can affect their behavior during grooming. Our experienced groomers handle all dogs with the utmost care and professionalism, so you can rest assured your dog is in the best hands.
What is De-Matting Treatment, and Which Option Should I Choose?
If your dog’s coat has become matted, we need extra time and tools to provide a comfortable and gentle experience. Here’s a guide to choosing the right de-matting treatment when booking:
- Easy tangle treatment: Typical mats on the tail and legs.
- Medium tangle treatment: Mats on the tail, legs, ears, and face.
- Intensive De-matting treatment: Mats across the entire body.
If you’re unsure which option to select, you can choose “easy tangle treatment.” We won’t charge extra if it turns out to be unnecessary, but this ensures we allocate enough time to give your dog the care they need for their grooming session.
Can My Female Dog Attend During Her Heat Cycle?
Yes, we welcome all dogs, including females in heat! Our dog salon has designated areas for such situations. Please bring a diaper for your dog to ensure a comfortable experience for both her and our team.
Why Does My Male Dog Need to Wear a Diaper at the Salon?
At Groomers, we operate a crate-free environment, allowing dogs to move freely around the grooming salon during their visit. To maintain a clean and pleasant atmosphere, male dogs must wear a diaper to prevent marking. With so many dogs visiting daily and all the exciting smells, some male dogs may feel the urge to mark their territory. The diaper helps us keep the environment fresh and welcoming for all our furry clients and their owners.
If you’d prefer your dog not to wear a diaper, we also have crates available where your dog can relax after their treatment – just like at other grooming salons.
